Of, course this is right answer and no mistake in it. But, at the same when we ask a young boy around sixteen years the very same question who created electricity, he would explain actually it was created in Greek in the sixteenth century by a physician named William Gilbert who connected two some materials and created electric power. When we ask who created electricity to a matured man, he would say I need more time to explain, and he would be explaining complete history of electric power. One must know which brings electric power and he must try to create electric power of his own.

Normal man cannot do this. Since he has no knowledge about it, at the same there are many scientists available all over the world. Each country would be having at least one million scientists. Therefore there would be about at least fifty million scientists all over the world. Only they must try to find a new electric power. Electric power can be obtained from anywhere. It can be created from any where. Even with two rubbed things electric power could be generated. When some one finds the power from any sources, it must have to be implemented in to actions. In London group of people found electric power from human walk. This is good invention. Every country has mass population, and they gather at one place. They walk all over. If the discovery is implemented we can throw away the present electric power generating method. We can use the new electric power method. It would be cheap too.

Since, human walk is not a problem everywhere people walk around for many purposes. All the places this power generator pads must have to be placed. If power is hundred percent generated, there are people ready to walk wherever and whatever the timings. All a government has to take action. One country should send a team to London, and meet those scientists who invented this new method. That team of engineers should have to work on that plan. They must be supported by the government for producing new electric power from the other sources. Inventing a naval idea is not a big thing, after that one must work hard to carry out to all over the world, which is very necessary for now to use as alternate power.
